Preset site system monitoring will automatically alert and block access to the site when the system experiences excessive access usage rates. In order to maintain the integrity of this system and to insure legitimate uninterrupted access to this site, unrestricted use will only be permitted to those IP addresses that can demonstrate by way of testing and confirmation that the use in question is legitimate.
